Launching next meetup…3…2…1>BOOM!> “Tech Girls are Superheroes”!

Hello friends,

The wait is over for our next GGC meetup! We’re working with ACS Women to bring you the next event, “Tech Girls are Superheroes”. TADA!!

This event is completely different as it builds on the concept of people as superheroes with superhero characteristics, as a way to understand people’s talents in the workplace and create role models. At the same time it will enhance the ongoing conversation on our diversity, strengths and values in the ICT industry. And hopefully, this will also encourage girls to become more interested in a career within ICT.

How to get there?:

Costs:Free! Just use the Promotional Code “GGC” (in the Pricing Options section under the Session Details tab) during registration. It’s also a free event if you are a registered Australian Computer Society (ACS) member too!

Otherwise, the event will cost $40 for non-ACS members.

Schedule for the evening:

5:30 – 6:00pm: Entertainment and networking (registration open from 5pm)

6:00 – 8:00pm: Presentation

8:00 – 8:30pm: Networking

Last but not the least, there will be refreshments, entertainment and a PHOTOBOOTH for you to build own superhero character (this event just keeps getting more awesome!). 😉
