We, NSW Girl Geek Coffees, are excited to announce our latest meetup, held this August at Commonwealth Bank! Come along and enjoy a morning networking tea session, followed by a tour around Commonwealth Bank’s premises (you will not want to miss this!). Then, during lunch – talk to past Commonwealth Bank graduates and ask them any career questions you would like! Finally, finish off the day with a session on the graduate application process and how to succeed in the process.

When: Friday 8th August 2014

Where: Commonwealth Bank Place, South Building, 11 Harbour Street Sydney.

Schedule for the day:

11am – 12pm: Morning Tea &

Deep dive session with Jodi Weir, Executive Manager for Agile Capability.

12pm – 1pm: Lunch & ‘Speed Dating’ with CBA’s past Graduates.

Spend 15 minutes with each of our young IT Professionals who were IT Graduates. Currently, they are working as a Developer, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst and IT Security. Here you will have the opportunity to ask them anything! Ask them how they decided what they wanted to do after University; Talk to them about how they transitioned from being a University student to an IT Professional;  Ask them how they arrived successfully in their current roles and what advice can they give you?

1pm – 1.30pm:  GCC Networking Session

1.30pm – 2pm: Commonwealth Bank Place Tour
